Responsibilities: 1.Quality Planning, including preparing PFMEA，Control Plan, Working Instruction, Quality planning, Inspection Plan, Process Capability Analysis (CPK, PPK…); 2.Participate proactively in each sampling and quality support to mass production; 3.Pre Prepare Quality documents to customer during the APQP phase and follow up until approved by customer; 4.Deal with the Customer complaints and follow up customer audit. Reply improvement actions to customer. 5.Quality support (including of Quality trainings) to Production and other departments if necessary; 6.To build good relationship with the related representatives of customers; 7.Supporting role in supplier assessment (quality assurance, control . etc ) when needed; 8.Identifies and reports quality problems or trends in the assigned area; 9.Other tasks assigned by supervisor. Job Requirement ： 1.College graduated or above，and CET-4 or above；2 or above of experience at quality control at electronics .manufacturing site, transformer manufacturing experience or management of NPI is preferred 2.Be familiar with 8D and DOE methods and preferably having the knowledge of advanced quality plan at NPI stage 3.Be familiar with APQP and FMEAFMEA/MSA/CP tools, and knowledge on the system of TS16949 will be preferable 4.Have experience of customer complaint handling and take actions for customer audit until issues closed 5.Have experience of new sample build and pilot run quality follow up and management Have a good attitude, be positive and outgoing at work with a healthy body and no bad habit.
